Overview
The Disbursements section allows you to send funds from your prepaid sub-account to recipients. You can send disbursements in two ways:
- Single Disbursement - Send one-time payments instantly (e.g., refunds)
- Batch Upload - Process multiple disbursements via CSV file
Your disbursements are organized in two tabs:
- History - All processed disbursements sent to the bank
- Batch Processing - Scheduled batch uploads in various stages of processing
Sending Funds
Send Single Disbursement
For one-time payments:
- Click Send Funds dropdown → Send Single Disbursement
- Complete the form with recipient and payment details:
- Recipient Details: Full name, phone (optional), email (optional), address (optional)
- Payment Information: Amount, reference number, remarks
- Recipient Bank Information: Transfer channel (InstaPay or PESONet), account number, bank/institution
- Review your payment details on the confirmation page
- Click Send Now to process the payment
- Complete 2FA verification if enabled
Transfer Channel Selection:
- InstaPay - For amounts ₱50,000 or less (immediate delivery)
- PESONet - For amounts over ₱50,000 (typically arrives within one business day)
Note: Single disbursements are processed immediately and appear directly in the History tab.
Upload Batch File
For multiple disbursements:
- Click Send Funds dropdown → Upload Batch File
- Enter a batch name (required, doesn't need to be unique)
- Select file format from dropdown (typically SwiftPay format)
- Upload your CSV file (maximum file size: 10MB, no row limit)
- Review the validation results:
- Valid disbursements - Will be processed
- Invalid disbursements - Shown with error details (hover over warning icon for tooltip)
- Tabs - Switch between Invalid and Valid items if both exist
- Click Start to schedule the batch or Remove to cancel
CSV File Requirements (SwiftPay format):
- Merchant reference number (required)
- Institution code (required)
- Amount (required)
- Remarks (required)
- Account number (required)
- Full name (required)
- Address (optional)
- Mobile number (optional)
- Email (optional)
Important: Batch uploads appear in the Batch Processing tab and are processed over time. Individual items from the batch will appear in the History tab once submitted to the bank.
Batch Processing Tab
Track your batch uploads in the Batch Processing tab.
Metrics
- Completed batches - Batches with 100% completion rate
- Processing batches - Batches with less than 100% completion rate
- Total batches - Sum of all batches
- Total completion rate - Overall progress across all batches
Status Filter
- All - Show all batch disbursements
- Processing - Show batches with items still scheduled
- Completed - Show batches that don't have items with "scheduled" status
- Draft - Show batches not yet started (action needed from you)
Batch Table
The table displays all your batch uploads with the following information:
- Batch name - Custom name you assigned when uploading
- File format - Selected format of the uploaded file
- Date added - Date when the file was uploaded
- Total amount - Sum of all amounts in the batch
- Total records - Sum of all items in the batch
- Completion rate - Progress bar showing percentage completed, or "✓ Finished" when 100% complete, or "⚠ Not started" for drafts
The table is sorted by date added (newest on top).
Viewing Batch Details
Click any batch row to see detailed information:
Header:
- Batch name with status badge: "Processing" (gray) or "Completed" (green)
- File format and date added
Metrics:
- Processed - Amount and number of items not in "Scheduled" status, with circular progress indicator
- Scheduled - Amount and number of items still waiting to be sent
- Total - Total amount and total number of items
Batch Items Table:
The table shows all disbursements in the batch with columns:
- Merchant reference number
- Institution code
- Amount
- Account number
- Channel (InstaPay or PESONet)
- Status
Table is sorted by status (Scheduled on top) and date (newest on top).
Batch Item Statuses:
- Scheduled - Waiting to be sent to the bank
- Pending - Being processed by the bank
- Executed - Successfully completed
- Error - Encountered an error
- Rejected - Rejected by the system
Note: You cannot edit or delete batch items or batches. Batch items with connected disbursements in History are clickable to view details; scheduled items are not clickable.
History Tab
The History tab shows all processed disbursements that have been sent to the bank. This includes both single disbursements and individual items from batch uploads that have been submitted.
Default Setting
The filter is set by default to Today and Executed status.
Metrics displayed:
- Total count - Number of transactions based on the filter
- Average amount - Average transaction value
- Total amount - Sum of all transactions
- Balance left - Monitor the funds remaining in your disbursement account
The list of transactions is shown in the Transactions history table.
Modify Default Setting
You can change the default setting by selecting the desired date range and status.
Date Range Options:
- The custom date range is only applicable within 31 days
- An error message will display if it goes beyond the date criteria
Status Options:
You can select a different status from the drop down list:
- All - All transactions will be displayed
- Pending - The transaction is ongoing and waiting to be completed
- Executed - The transaction is successfully completed
- Error - The transaction encountered an error
- Rejected - The transaction has been rejected by the system
Investigate Transaction
You can Search by the Merchant Reference No or Payment ID.
Clicking on the record will display the Disbursement details, including recipient information, amount, status, timestamps, and other transaction information.
